Terms of use

Roliii is run by an individual established in Cameroon, reachable at support@roliii.com. These terms are between you and that operator, and they cover roliii.com and everything behind a sign-in on it.

Using the service means accepting them. If you do not, the account takes a moment to leave, and nothing is kept afterwards for a reason that is not listed on the privacy page.

Roliii watches job boards and careers pages for roles posted in the last seven days, scores each one against the profile you gave it, tells you about the ones that clear your own threshold, and writes you a draft application for any of them.

Three things it does not do, and none of them is a feature waiting to be built:

• It never applies on your behalf. Every application leaves your hands, on the employer's own site, after you have read it.
• It does not promise you a job, an interview, or a reply. Nothing here is a placement service, and nobody at Roliii speaks to an employer about you.
• It does not vet employers. A posting reaching your feed means it was published and it matched your profile. It does not mean the role is open, real, or described accurately.

One account is one person. Roliii hunts for a single candidate, and an account shared between two people produces two profiles worth of matches for neither of them.

• Use an address you can read. The confirmation link, the reset link and every alert go to it, and an account whose address is wrong is one nobody can get back into.
• The password is yours to keep. Anything done through your session is done as you.
• You must be at least 16, and old enough where you live to work and to agree to this.
• Write to support@roliii.com if you think somebody else is in your account.

A draft is a tailored resume, a cover letter, and answers to the posting's own screening questions. All three are written by an AI model from the records on your profile, and the rule the drafter runs under is that it never writes a claim your record does not carry.

That rule is a design constraint, not a guarantee. A model can still get a date wrong, read a role as more senior than it was, or phrase something in a way you would not. So:

• Read the draft before you send it. It is your application, under your name, and you are the one who will be interviewed about it.
• You are responsible for what you send. Roliii is not a party to it and has no way to correct it once it has gone.
• A blank screening answer is the designed outcome when your record does not answer the question. Answer it yourself rather than assuming the model declined for no reason.

A posting in your feed is a copy of something an employer published, with a link back to it. The text, the title and the terms are theirs. Roliii reads what is public, derives a few fields from it, and deletes the whole row seven days after it was posted.

If you are an employer and you would rather a posting were not carried here, write to support@roliii.com and it will be removed. There is no argument to have about it.

There is a free plan and two paid ones. What each includes is on the pricing section of the home page and on the plan screen in the app, and it is the same list in both places.

Who takes the moneyPolar

Payments run through Polar, which is the merchant of record for the sale. Your card details go to them and never reach Roliii, so their terms cover the payment itself.

Renewalmonthly or yearly

A paid plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan keeps running until the period you have already paid for ends.

Refunds14 days in the EU and the UK

Roliii does not refund part of a period you have used. If you are in the EU or the UK you have a fourteen-day right to change your mind about a purchase: write to support@roliii.com inside that window and the payment is returned in full. If a charge is simply wrong, write anyway, and it is returned whoever you are.

Price changes30 days of notice

A price change is announced by email at least thirty days before it takes effect, and it never applies to a period already paid for.

Dropping back to the free plan keeps your account and everything in it. The paid features stop, and the free plan's limits start applying again.

• Do not use it for anyone but yourself. It is not a recruiting tool, and not a service to run on somebody else's behalf.
• Do not scrape it, resell its output as a job board, or republish the postings it collects.
• Do not work around the spending limits, the plan limits, or the rate at which drafts are written. They exist because every draft costs real money to produce.
• Do not upload a resume that is not yours, or records describing somebody else's career.
• Do not use it to break the law where you are, or to send an employer anything you could not send them yourself.

Your resume, your profile, your records and the drafts written from them are yours. The operator claims no ownership of any of it, and does not use it to train anything.

You give the operator permission to store it, process it, and send the parts that are needed to the providers listed on the privacy page and to do nothing else with it. That permission lasts exactly as long as your account does.

There is no uptime commitment. The sweep runs every ten minutes when everything is working. A board can go dead, a provider can be down, and a sweep can find nothing at all on a quiet afternoon.

Roliii is also not exhaustive, and cannot be. It watches a large number of sources; it does not watch every place a job can be posted. A role you never saw may simply never have been found.

You can stop at any time. Deleting the account is not yet a button in the app: write to support@roliii.com and everything is deleted within thirty days, which is the same route and the same window the privacy page describes.

The operator can suspend or close an account that breaks the section above, or one costing more to run than any plan covers. Where there is a choice, you are told what the problem is and given a chance to fix it first. A closed account is refunded for any period paid for and not used.

The service is provided as it is. Within what the law where you live allows, the operator is not liable for a job you did not get, an application you did not send, a posting that was never found, a posting that turned out not to be real, or anything an employer does with what you sent them.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the problem which, on the free plan, is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit to be limited.

When a clause changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and you are told by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the account after that date is how the new version is accepted. If you would rather not, close the account and any unused part of a paid period is returned.

Roliii is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3. If you run your own copy, none of this applies to it: there is no operator between you and it, your data never reaches roliii.com, and the licence is the whole of the agreement.

Running your own copy also makes you the one answerable for it, including for the model provider's bill and for anyone else you let use it.

These terms are governed by the law of Cameroon, and the competent courts of Cameroon are where a dispute ends up if it gets that far.

Start at support@roliii.com. Most of what reaches a court would have been a two-line reply. And where the consumer law of your own country gives you rights this page cannot take away, it does not take them away: those rights apply on top of everything above.
