About Roliii

Roliii is a job-hunting agent for every profession and every market, and the public board of everything it finds.

01What Roliii is

Roliii checks for newly posted roles every 10 minutes, scores each one against a candidate's own profile, and on a paid plan drafts the application: a tailored resume, a cover letter and answers to the posting's screening questions. The candidate reads it and sends it. Roliii never submits an application on anybody's behalf.

The only things a candidate sets up are a profile, which Roliii can read from a resume, and how often they want to hear about new matches. There is no list of job boards to choose and no list of keywords to maintain.

02The public board

Every posting Roliii finds is listed on the public board from the minute it is found until 30 days after it was posted, for anybody, with or without an account. The board shows no match score, because a score is measured against one person's profile and a visitor has not given one.

Each posting page states the same facts in the same order whatever board it came from, lists every place the same job is open, and links to the employer's other open jobs. Each employer has a page counting what it is hiring for: how many jobs, where, at which levels, and how many state pay.

03Who it is for

Anybody looking for work. Roliii holds no built-in list of job titles, skills or industries, so a nurse, an accountant, a welder, a lawyer and a software engineer are served the same way. Seniority is read as six bands of responsibility (trainee, entry, experienced, senior, lead and executive) that mean something in every profession, not as one industry's ladder.

It assumes no country, currency or language. A candidate's profile says where they want to work, and that is where Roliii looks.

04What it will not do

  • Apply for you. Every application is sent by the candidate, from the employer's own site.
  • Write a claim the candidate's record does not carry. A screening question their history does not answer is left blank.
  • Say a posting was posted when it only knows when it found it. A page that prints no date reads "first seen", never "posted".
  • Ask anybody to supply a list of job boards. How Roliii finds them is on its own page.

05Who runs it

Roliii is run by an individual established in Cameroon, reachable at support@roliii.com.

Candidates choose between a free plan and paid plans. The public board is paid for by advertising, which appears on posting pages and nowhere else on roliii.com.
