Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications: Must be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful applicant will be receptive to and participate in unit and site change initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications: CTAS, Lead II, CAM-A and B preferred.
Trauma 101.
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
